We understand that applying for a mortgage can be a daunting experience. So we’ve designed our application process to be simple, transparent, and efficient. We support you and your broker every step of the way

What can I expect?

1. Get the right Broker on your team

Our mortgages are only available through our network of qualified mortgage brokers. Our Sapphire partners are our trusted mortgage brokers, who will be able to assist in securing your mortgage with Bluestone.

If you're looking for help or advice, fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, and we will refer you to one of our Sapphire partners.

You can also call us during office hours Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm and speak to our team who’ll put you in touch with one of our trusted qualified mortgage advisers, suited to your needs.

2. Finding out about you

Once you have spoken with a trusted mortgage adviser, they will gather all relevant information from you that we will need. They will then be in a position to submit an application on your behalf

3. Doing our due diligence

Our case managers immediately review your application, performing a series of checks:

- An initial check to ensure we have everything we need.
- Document review, in which we check your documents and cross reference with credit searches, land registry, and other relevant sources.
- Your monthly commitments from your credit search are entered at this stage just to make sure all expenditure adds up and you're not left short.
- Required legal checks.

4. Assessing the full picture

Once the case review is successfully completed, your application is passed to our underwriting team. They review your application and make you a mortgage offer based on your unique financial circumstances.
