Income & Expenditure Form

A financial document designed to identify all forms of income that is received within a given period, while also documenting all payments or expenditures that were related to that same period. This will enable Bluestone as the lender to identify your affordability.

Direct Debit Mandate

An authorisation from you to collect future payments via their designated bank account. All future payments are authorised to collect the required monthly mortgage payment amount at a specified due date from you You will be notified of each payment before collection.

Third Party Authority Form

A third party authorization form validates to Bluestone that you allow a third party to receive information about you and your mortgage. It may allow the third party to take actions for you. You need to tell Bluestone what the third party can do and what the third party cannot do.
