Our customers and brokers are at the forefront of everything we do at Bluestone and we pride ourselves on our transparent communications and high levels of service.

Over the last year and due in part to the global pandemic, we have seen an increasing demand for our products and so, we have seen the number of mortgage applications increase exponentially.

Due to this demand, the growth of the Bluestone Mortgages business has expanded by over 40% and in response to this, we have steadily been growing the size of our sales and lending teams by over 70%, to cope with the current pipeline and for future applications.

Now that we’ve invested in the teams, we’ve been able to considerably reduce the turnaround time of our service levels, which currently stand at 2 days. This allows us to process more applications in a shorter time and help more customers like Lesley turn their lives around.
