Alongside their employed role, they had built a genuine self-employed income stream as a fitness instructor. While they had an historic default from an unintentional overdraft extension, their finances had since stabilised.
A couple were buying a home together after each had gone through a divorce. While one applicant had a historic default on their credit file, their circumstances today showed a far stronger picture.
