Do you remember the days when Mortgage Lending was straightforward? Nor do we. This year alone, we’ve seen the UK grappling with inflation, with many facing the daunting task of keeping up with their commitments. Debunking the adverse misconception

“I’ve got a customer with 4 recently registered defaults. Can I place them at Bluestone?”

Yes, you absolutely can! We can accept up to four registered defaults in the last 36 months and registered as recent as 2 months ago as our criteria is based upon completion. We can also ignore all defaults under £300 and those registered over 3 years.

“My customer has 3 CCJs registered. Can they get a mortgage?”

Although other high-street lenders will shy away from cases like this, we can accept up to three registered CCJs in the last 36 months. We can also ignore all CCJ’s under £300 and any CCJs registered over 3 years.
