Koda is a hospital porter who is living at his parent’s house and is on the hunt to buy a place of his own. He currently does shift work and works as much overtime as he can.
Whilst living with his parents he has been saving for his deposit, however, last year he had missed payments on his car lease. He had been placed on reduced hours due to the pandemic so he ended up with 6 months’ worth of arrears. Due to these missed payments, he could not go to a high street lender for his mortgage.
Luckily, his mortgage broker introduced him to Bluestone Mortgages, and we were able to help. We could see that Koda had got himself back on track and hadn’t missed any payments in the last 6 months. Therefore, we were able to offer him a mortgage on our “Clear” product, and he is due to move out of his parent’s house in the next 2 months.
